I have noticed lately that there are a ton of these "DUB Edition" Chargers around NW AR. I had to drop off my Charger at the body shop to get some repair work done and noticed a ton of them on the lot too. What the crap is so special about them? They look a little more "AutoZone" to me but I'm just curious because I haven't seen any on this site and when I search for "DUB" it comes back with nothing.
Are these special? I know what "DUB" means but these look stupid......in my opionion.
What do you think?

I know you can buy the emblems online...Maybe they are just sporting the DUB emblem on to try and look cool.
Hahaha!

I don't know man. They had like 15 or 20 "DUB Edition" Chargers on the lot - brand new. I couldn't figure out if they were just modified SXTs or R/Ts...........

Thank you T!
This is what that website that TDubb007 posted says:
Chrysler LLC has joined forces with the tuning specialists at DUB Magazine to create limited edition versions of the Chrysler 300 Touring and Dodge Charger SXT, both of which will go on sale later this spring. Powered by a 250Hp 3.5L V6 matted to a 5-speed automatic gearbox, the Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger "DUB Edition" models get a series of exterior enhancements including chrome mirror capsvand a MOPAR chrome honeycomb grille. -Continued
The Chrysler 300 also feature chrome exterior door handles and side mirror caps along with "DUB Edition" badges. In addition, each "DUB Edition" Charger features a body-colour spoiler and fog lamps. Both models are equipped with 20-inch alloys wrapped around with 245/45R20 tires while buyers can choose from four exterior colours -red, black, silver and vanilla. The limited edition Charger is also available in Dark Titanium.
Inside, both models get dark grey leather-trimmed seats embossed with the DUB logo which is also featured on the floor mats. Additionally, the Charger is equipped with leather steering wheel and shifter knob. Finally, both models are offered with a MyGIG Multimedia Infotainment System combined with a 13-speaker KICKER surround-sound system and a 322W KICKER amplifier. The Charger also features a 200-watt KICKER subwoofer while the 300 Touring, a 100-watt subwoofer from the same company.
Chrysler LLC intends to build 1,385 Chrysler 300 and 2,180 Dodge Charger "DUB Edition" models for the U.S., priced at $33,140 and $30,235 respectively.
So it is an SXT. Interesting - ugly still because other than the stitched DUB edition logo in the headrests, it's just chrom stick on stuff. Shame. :icon_puke:

its sad, the dealers made thousands of dollars extra for some stitched seats and a plastic emblem.

Somebody posted on here about one... it was a 5.7l though... obviously a fake.
I remember when these started coming out... they were all 3.5L's with the R/T under-body and trim. They have the brakes and suspension of the R/T's. Nice car to do the HEMI upgrade to when these things are on the used car lot... provided they don't hold their "value" as I suspect they won't. Then again, DUB might be the next Eddie Bauer for vehicle editions.

Guess they were hoping the WalMart Homeoffice people would blow their bonus on a DUB Charger so they can be cool!

Don't slam them too bad. There are folks here that have them.
I don't think you can get leather any other way with the V6, or is that an option of the SXT?
